Project Management

Our Project Management methodology follows proven principles and ideas acquired from the PMI. All project requirements are fulfilled by the application of knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to project activities. Software Development Life cycle

Our software development methodology is an iterative process split over the five Unified Software Development process phases of Discovery, Inception, Elaboration, Construction and Transition that guide the development. Each phase is further worked out through a series of iterations and the ensuing increments over time terminating in a milestone and its respective deliverables.
