MAT is software tool which help medical practitioners to fill surveys (both fixed pattern and variable pattern) including both open and close ended questions (Narratives). The total number of questions is also fixed in case of fix pattern and variable in case of variable pattern. After filling the surveys data is stored in reusable and secure software data repository. The software also keeps track of data-to-patient map sequence and this map is extendable and backward compatible i-e if new data is added for same patient previous data will be also stored as history data.

Objectives of MAT:

1. To generate survey of fix number of questions including both open and close ended and then generate fix reports as per user requirements both in textual and graphical way based on fix medical vocabulary.
2. To generate customizable surveys and fix reports based on fix medical vocabulary.
3. To built fix and extendable library or vocabulary of medical terms upon which both fix and variable surveys can be generated both in graphical and textual way.
4. Maintain historical data in data warehouse which is secure and updateable.
5. As data is of essence stable, secure and recoverable backup will be maintained.
